November Sales Stats For Port Moody

Port Moody has seen a remarkable growth in housing sales for detached homes in 2020 followed by a steady increase in condo & townhome pricing. 

Detached (Single Family) Houses For Sale & Prices in Port Moody

Port Moody in November 2019, saw 11 of 69 listed homes sell (16% sales ratio) with an average price of $1.159M. November 2020, 20 of 69 listed homes on the market sold (29% sales ratio) with an average price of $1.425M. Over the past year, although the housing inventory has remained the same, we see a near doubling of houses sold indicating a higher demand this year for Port Moody single family homes. In addition, we see that in November 2020 homeowners can get 23% more for their homes now compared to 2019.

Although the sale ratio is down 2%, the inventory and price for homes on the market has steadily increased over the course of 2020 with a slight dip in November.
