Port Coquitlam’s detached housing market has seen an impressive come back year despite the challenges 2020 has brought.

In November 2019, 28 of 101 houses on the market sold (28% sales ratio) with an average price of $994.5K. This November in Port Coquitlam, 34 of 48 single family homes on the market sold (71% sales ratio) with an average price of $1.110M. With a reduction in supply and an increase in demand, the sale prices had a significant jump in 2020 compared to 2019.

In November 2020, not only are 71% percent of the houses going on the market being sold (wow), they are being sold for 11.6% higher than last November.
